    • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

    • Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations as required by Apex Pet Health Care. Proof of vaccination is required before any service is provided.
    • Behavior: For the safety of all pets and staff, pets displaying aggressive behavior may be refused service. Owners are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets.
    • Health Conditions: You must disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues your pet may have when booking a service.
  4. 4. Pet Pathology Services

    • Sample Collection: The collection of samples will be done professionally and safely. However, some tests may carry a small risk of discomfort or minor injury to the pet.
    • Test Results: Pathology test results are provided based on the samples collected and the information given. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for any misdiagnosis or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

    • General: Apex Pet Health Care will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the loss of, or damage to, any property, including pets.
    • Pet Injury or Loss: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, we are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of life resulting from a pet's stay or service at our facility.
